Video: Melvins Play The Bit Live Belgium (13 December 2009)

Melvins and Helmet fans across Australia are in for a treat as the bands confirm they will be sharing the bill at a number of Meredith Music Festival Sideshows. Fans in some cities will have to see the bands in their own separate shows – apologies Melbourne, Hobart and Fremantle you miss out on the double-bill.

However, my fellow Melbournians for an additional $17-25 you can purchase yourself a ticket to both gigs at the Hi-Fi! How damn sweet is that? Sign me up.

Melvins will be celebrating their 30th anniversary, so we sit in hope and wonder, will they perform another Melvins album in full? We beg you!

About noisynoodle

I am a noisy noodle hailing from Melbourne, Australia who loves listening to noise in all forms, but preferably in music, TV and film. I’ve moonlighted on community radio at SYN-FM many years ago when I was still a “youth”. My mission is to promote live music (get off your bum and see something!), highlight interesting TV shows that are ignored by the ratings, expose some cool films and to not go deaf trying!
