Beck Hansen (aka Beck) is just too stimulating for my blog. He creates video clips that are driving people stir crazy in Saudi Arabia.

On 27 September 2013 I posted up a little vid of Beck and his song S_xx Laws (I will not spell it out in full as it’s too damn hot*). The video clip features a young Jack Black and how he wants to connect with the audience (aka touch people).

Now, I noticed pretty quickly that a few people a day were stumbling across the post accidentally when, you know, they were wanting to get in the mood. It was only a few people, and I thought it was funny that they’d be confronted with a video of Mr Hansen in all his groovy glory and it might inspire them to dance around the house… naked.

It kind of made me pleased every day that this bit of randomness might occur. Well, that was until last Monday night when it all got out of control and somehow in the eyes of Google my post was as good as a porn site. My daily visits tripled in two days and I was setting new records for my blog. WTF?

That’s when the fun ended folks. I never had a goal to setup a sensual blog for those hard up for stimulation. I don’t have wild dreams of making 2 cents every time you get off.

I had to bring the Beck post down on Tuesday night. It saddens me, as I wanted to share a piece of Beck and Jack Black with you, but obviously they are too damn raunchy for WordPress!

Hopefully, there will come a time in the world where people can learn to spell enjoy funky tunes without making it feel all so dirty.

* If you do want to start a blog for mischief – it seems like you only need 6 references to s_xx, 2 references to s_x, 5 references to video, throw in some bold font here and there, and wait 5 weeks. Don’t forget about me when you become a millionaire!

About noisynoodle

I am a noisy noodle hailing from Melbourne, Australia who loves listening to noise in all forms, but preferably in music, TV and film. I’ve moonlighted on community radio at SYN-FM many years ago when I was still a “youth”. My mission is to promote live music (get off your bum and see something!), highlight interesting TV shows that are ignored by the ratings, expose some cool films and to not go deaf trying!
